MyFuseFit™ Refund Policy


If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of return item or cancellation request please contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Product purchased from our website using a MyFuseFit™ Gift Card Will be refunded to you as a MyFuseFit™ Gift Card by email. If you'd like us to send you a MyFuseFit™ Gift Card, ask a representative to help you.

Canellation Fee

MyFuseFit™ retains the right to charge a simple cancellation fee to compensate the trainers for the time invested in traveling to client’s workout location.

When a trainer is already in route to your decided workout location, you can simply give us a call, within the allowed time window, to cancel your ride request. However, your account may be charged a cancellation fee which depends on how much time has passed between the trainer’s acceptance and your request to cancel. You will be charged a cancellation fee if your cancellation request exceeds five (5) minutes from the time your trainer accepted the transaction.

Similarly, trainers are also able to cancel training requests when the trainer has waited for several minutes at your desired workout location, which also compensates the trainer for following through with their part of the job.

Cancellation of Subscription Services

If you wish to cancel a subscription you have with MyFuseFit™, please contact a representative who can assist you in cancelling your subscription.

When you cancel a subscription with MyFuseFit™, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Example 1: monthly subscription cancellation

If we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 7th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until July 6th (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
